Changed your mind? No problem. Just drop us an email at studio@garethfuller.com within 14 days of purchase, and we’ll happily issue a refund (excluding return shipping costs).
For orders outside the UK, please be aware that your shipment may incur import duties and taxes determined by your local customs office. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover these charges, so you will need to pay them upon delivery. Additionally, customs authorities may inspect packages, so please keep this in mind.
We take great care to pack our prints securely, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing us with details. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item (we’ll cover the cost). If we’re at fault, we’ll either replace the item or refund you, including reasonable return postage costs.
If you don’t notify us within 7 days, we won’t be able to assist, so please check your order as soon as it arrives!
